Yes you can upgrade at any time. Please login to access and upgrade your storage account
3. How many computers can I backup?
There is no limit to the number of computers you can backup. Simply pay for the storage you need.
4. Does KeepVault backup Outlook files?
KeepVault does not currently backup Outlook files or other busy files.
This functionality will be available in KeepVault Pro & Business in early 2010.
5. Why am I not receiving Email notifications?
Please check that your email is entered correctly and click the 'Test' button to receive a test notification.
Check your spam/junk mail folder to see if the emails are being filtered.
6. How do I cancel my automatically recurring subscription?
Please visit PayPal to cancel your subscription. Once cancelled you will no longer be billed.
We will delete your data and cancel your account at the end of your current term.
7. Is there a KeepVault affiliate/reseller program?

8. How do I view the entire error message in History/Event Log?
Increase the size of the 'Message' column by clicking and dragging on the title bar.
9. Does KeepVault protect PC-backups created by Windows Home Server?
KeepVault does not backup busy files. Try scheduling KeepVault and WHS backups at different times.
This helps avoid the files being busy. KeepVault Pro & Business will add busy file support in early 2010.
10. Why was my subscription suddenly cancelled?
If the credit card on your paypal account expires, Paypal will cancel your subscription. Don't worry, we won't delete your data!
However, you will need to manually renew on your renewal date by logging into your account. We will provide a reminder email.
